I don’t remember the last time I saw a couple so visibly excited to be married to each other. Amanda and Jason decided to tie the knot at the Chanhassen Dinner Theatre, a venue filled with beautiful, colorful and dynamic lighting – something that perfectly matches the spark between these two. Their wedding was filled with all sorts of personal touches – everything from a garter themed to Jason’s favorite football team (the Detroit Lions), to the cake topper from Amanda’s great grandma’s wedding in 1926.
Amanda and Jason kicked off their reception with their first dance and there were folks on the dance floor pretty much non-stop after that. Of course, there was a small lull at one point, and their DJ, Tim of Minnesota Wedding Party, put on Rob Zombie at the urging of a bridesmaid. I have never seen a bride and groom sprint so quickly to get back on the floor. I’m telling you, it was a most excellent party. Amanda and Jason, I wish you both many adventures together, heaps and heaps of love, and more laughter than you think you can stand.
