I grew up with Tatum’s dad, and I’ve been so lucky to document their family as they’ve grown – first their son, Jackson’s first year and now their daughter. Tatum, their second gorgeous child, turned one a little while ago, and we headed out to one of her family’s favorite places to capture this milestone moment. Being at the zoo lets the whole family just slow down and enjoy the moments of wonder as the aquarium comes to life before them, as a Colobus Monkey calls out and the Ring-Tailed Lemurs respond, and as the penguins dance and play with them. Happy birthday, curious, happy, sweet Tatum! Here’s to years and years of exploration and adventure!
