I get a thrill out of pushing myself just a bit past my comfort zone – into those areas where I certainly can do something, but it might not necessarily be something I would immediately say yes to. Our family loves to go camping, to hike, to explore and adventure. Our beautiful state has an amazing state park system that we’ve only seen a fraction of. So, my husband and I sat down earlier this winter and threw out the “what if.” What if we tried to see more of the parks? What if we even tried to see all of the parks in one year? We’re going for it. We’ve got the whole year, a fairly flexible summer schedule, a desire to get outside and explore, and a deep seated need to make sure our kids see how much we value it all.

So, here’s to the great outdoors. Here’s to pushing a bit outside of normal. Here’s to adventure and all that may come with it. Here’s to #everydayoutside and breathing a bit deeper.
