So, this one’s a little odd. Part of why I love it is that it’s my husband and daughter. I’ll just admit that one straight out. But I also love the surreal nature of the distorted bodies. I love the bend of the wave. I love tiny bits of bubbles floating to the top, the clouds barely discernible in the sky. Full admission, I love that this was taken with the tiniest little GoPro, housed inside a cheap underwater dome that was leaking at the time. It was so fun, last summer, to explore what might be possible when we push photography to new and different areas. I just may have to replace that dome this year!
