Madeline and Ryan are getting married this Saturday at the gorgeous and historic Basilica of St. Mary in Minneapolis. So before I have wedding photos to share, I had to get a few from their rainy fall engagement session up!

These two have been living in very different parts of the country leading up to their wedding, only getting to be with each other occasionally. Getting to capture their connection in person was some kind of magic. It had been raining much of the day leading up to their session, but we decided to brave it and do a little exploring (we all, I mean all, came away with mud coating our shoes) and, let me tell you, it was perfect. It was so them, it was so me, it was firing on all cylinders. I am so in love with this session and this couple – I can’t wait for your wedding in just two days!
