These little in-between and transition moments happen all the time and at every session and really all throughout our days. We move from one task to another, from a little spot to the next, bring everyone to the table, head out on an adventure, even small things like throwing a blanket out on a chilly day and pausing to take in the sunshine, to breathe a little deeper. That’s what I love about a family photo session. Do we get those photos that grandma and grandpa want to have up on their fridge. For sure. I also love that we get these tiny little moments where the sunlight kisses your sweet pup right on the head, where you and your partner make a little space and your kiddo tries their best to help. These moments are some of my favorites – they’re the ones that you look back on in a few years and see just where you were and just where you’ve come. These moments freeze this time for your family to really make sure you are able to keep it forever.
